Solutions Architect for Networking, Security & Voice 

The Solutions Architect for Networking, Security and Voice is the primary presales technical resource for the sales team and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation and proposal stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. This includes being able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, being able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, and being able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Technical Customer Service Representative

This role is an entry level technical position providing support to Powernet products and services. This position is responsible for providing help desk support by taking calls, monitoring emails, updating service requests, responding to alerts, and updating configurations.
