Channel Sales Manager

As a key member of our National Sales Team, the Channel Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing an assigned account base of existing and new partners who sell new and existing products and services to business clients.  They will focus on growing the Powernet brand in the indirect and direct channel space, supporting our channels programs while driving revenue growth.

System Support Analyst

This role is responsible for troubleshooting expertise to our corporate end users for mission critical and internally developed applications, work with external departments to provide advanced reporting from the database and participate in application testing.

System Engineer III

This role is an expert-level engineering position that supports the company’s products and services. This position is responsible for all aspects of resolving IT issues and serves as a liaison between the organization and  our customers. Also, this role serves as the highest level of escalation for issues from the Server/Desktop NOC. In this role, you will work independently on projects and troubleshooting. 

Telecom Technician- Orlando, FL and Charlotte, NC

Do you enjoy solving network/voice issues and helping clients with their network solutions? Do you want to join a fun and collaborative Network Operations Center?

Our Network Support Specialist will provide basic problem solving skills to end users and clients. Know when to escalate trouble to a higher level NOC position. Develop technical and professional skills through training and self-learning experiences. All Tier 1 shifts overlap with Tier 2+ shifts to provide escalation and mentoring as needed.
