Powernet will be a Silver sponsor of ACWConnect Live! at Channel Partners Evolution on Sept. 9, 2019.

CINCINNATI, OH - September 3, 2019 - Powernet, enabling you to connect, announced that it is a Silver sponsor at the Alliance of Channel Women ACWConnect Live! will be held from 4:30-7:30 p.m., Sept. 9, 2019, in Room 150A at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

ACWConnect Live! is a high-energy forum that fosters collaboration and inspiration. As with every event, we'll start our evening with networking, followed by a program focused on the hot topic of "Embracing Diversity". Diversity is not only race and gender; its ethnicity, religion, politics, socio-economics, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, personality, and ability.

Our keynote speaker, Risha Grant, is one of the foremost experts on diversity and inclusion and author of "That's BS! How Bias Synapse Disrupts Inclusive Cultures and the Power to Attract Diverse Markets." Her mission is to create an inclusive culture in every company and community. She teaches and empowers clients and audiences with tools to increase their bottom line and permission to get rid of their BS.

"Alliance of Channel Women events and top-notch programming would not be possible without the generosity of sponsors like Powernet," said ACW President Stacy Conrad, Director of Channel Sales at TPx. "We're thankful to Powernet for supporting ACW and enabling our members to learn and share ways to promote inclusion and leverage diversity in all its forms."

"The Powernet team is excited to continue sponsoring ACWConnect Live, a can't miss event at Channel Partners Evolution," says Penny Thurnau, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Powernet and ACW Board Member. "The theme of embracing diversity is especially important to our team as a women-owned company that works to create positive outcomes in many diverse neighborhoods across Cincinnati. Through our partnerships, we've seen the value of diversity and the unique perspectives and ideas that come as a result. We're excited to engage with our peers on this topic at such an outstanding event."

"As an entirely volunteer-led organization, our sponsors are the lifeblood to our event's longevity," said ACW Board Member and Sponsorship Committee Chair Amy Bailey, Vice President of Marketing at Telarus. "Thanks to companies like Powernet, we not only provide these bi-annual networking events, but also ongoing education and mentoring programs. We are thrilled to see so many generous companies support Alliance of Channel Women."
