I am the Senior Contact Center Engineer, and I help customers build out their platforms for their business needs.
Describe your experience with Genesys products.
I have been working with Genesys for years. Not only from the engineering side, but also as a customer using it for their daily call center needs.

Genesys is such a robust platform it can really help improve your call center. From baselining SLA, to targeting the Agents you want taking certain calls, Genesys can seamlessly make that happen. What do you like to do when you're not working?
I like spending time outdoors whether it is on the boat, playing golf, or walking my dogs.

What's the best thing about your job?
Getting to use the knowledge that I have from being on the customer side, and helping our clients build out the right way. Also working with the team we have, and seeing the results we can deliver.
Do you have a secret talent? What is it?
I have an uncanny ability to be able to guess numbers very well. Like how many jelly beans are in a jar. Its not a talent as much as its I'm just good at guessing.
